Frischauf can look back to a 100 year-old tradition

Frischauf was founded in 1908 as a manufacturer for frames and mattresses. Until the 1970s the company mainly produced spring and rubber foam mattresses.

In the 1980s, though, a new specialisation with HOTEL-OBJECT was the starting point for the manufacturing of Box-Spring-Bed-Systems for hotel-furnishing specialists and hotel trusts.

Frischauf delivers first class German workmanship. This includes use of modern machinery equipment where appropriate as well as manual labour – the only way to guarantee high class quality.

For this reason Frischauf is recognized by hotels and their suppliers as a leading provider of high quality beds that ensure a comfortable sleep.

Since late 1990sh, Frischauf has been the first and only supplier of Box-Spring-Bed-Systems with LGA (Landes Gewerbeanstalt Bayern) certificate and Quality assurance.

Box-Spring-Beds have stood their test over a long period and have paved the way for the innovative development of the new Box-Swing series.
