Guarantee
We give a guarantee on our Box-Swing-Bed-Systems!
The purchase of our Box-Swing-Bed-System (box + mattress),
comes with a 10-year guarantee for the box including
lateral bearings, mounting profiles and swings, deformation
of the clip-elements, breakage of profiles or swings.
Replacements will be supplied quickly.
Mattresses have a 5-year guarantee for materials and
workmanship (full warranty). A 2-year guarantee is given
for mattress covers.
Excluded from
the guarantee are damages that are caused by improper
treatment, wrong usage, alterations or general wear
and tear.
Mattresses must be turned every 4 weeks to comply with
conditions of warranty
.
